The unpaid Internship Program is offered to young professionals and soon to be or recent graduates in the early stages of their career. The Internship Program enables you to gain a deeper understanding of how Baby Learn Online, Inc. develops and distributes educational mobile apps for children and how it established and developed a customer base amongst trusting families in over 70 countries. While you get insight into internal innovation measures, you will also be refining your leadership skills with the goal of quickly advancing into a permanent management role within Baby Learn Online, Inc’s vast business segments.

 

Program Objectives:

 

This is a one-on-one mentorship with the Founder and COO of Baby Learn Online, you will be involved in C-Suite decision making, analyzing competition, brainstorming, and product development. In this role, you will gain real word experience and gain leadership qualities as you see first-hand how a new age education technology company operates and provides educational tools to and for families around the world.

 

80% of daily or weekly task designed to help gather data, in return to help plan and develop business innovation and products.

 

10% of collaboration with managers and other team members.

 

10% of meetings, e-mails, and other corporate communication, events, and outreach.

 

 

Commitment:

 

  • 6-to-12-month internship and mentorship.

 

  • College Credits and Real-world training.

 

  • Employee perks after 90 days.

 

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

 

All education areas are accepted.

 

  • Current college student pursuing a degree from an accredited University or College is preferred.

 

 

Employees are required to maintain compliance with California’s COVID-19 prevention Emergency Temporary Standards, which include current public health guidelines and recommendations from the CDC.
